Currently Under Construction - this project aimed to reinvigorate an existing house - refacing the existing brick, removing worn-out siding, and reshaping a steeply pitched roof in order to create a contemporary, yet respectful design that would provide a master suite in the attic where there was only storage before. The first floor was reconfigured to provide a large open kitchen, with room for a large island and dining table to accommodate family gatherings. The rear facade was opened up to create a seamless transition between inside and out. All the bathrooms and kitchens have been stripped to the bones and rebuilt in a more contemporary style.
