Our clients owned a well-maintained house on a large, beautiful property in the Berkshires. Having a large family, they needed more space - and wanted to update the existing space and open up the facade with views of rolling landscape. Our design focused on creating a defined transition from the existing living room/dining area to the new addition housing one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a large master suite. We achieved this by creating a pitched glass atrium that joined the old with the new.
